1. Our commitment
ShareLime has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Protecting children is a responsibility we take seriously, and this page sets out our published standards against CSAE, how we prevent and respond to it, and how anyone can report it to us.
ShareLime is a dating and social app intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Children are not permitted to use the service under any circumstances.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly forbidden on ShareLime, without exception. Engaging in any of them results in immediate removal of the content, permanent termination of the account, and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement and the relevant child-protection authorities:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that depicts, describes, or sexualises a minor — in profiles, photos, reels, comments, or private messages.
- Grooming or enticement — any attempt by an adult to build a relationship with, or sexually solicit, a person under 18.
- Sextortion — threatening to share intimate imagery to coerce a minor.
- Child sex trafficking or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Sexualising, or sharing sexualised content about, any minor, whether real, fictional, or AI-generated.
- Any attempt by a minor to create an account, or by any user to misrepresent a minor as an adult.
3. How we prevent child access and abuse
- Adults only: ShareLime is restricted to users 18 and older. We collect date of birth at sign-up, and we remove any account we find, or are informed, belongs to a minor.
- Content and profile moderation: our moderation team reviews reported profiles, photos, reels, and messages against these standards and our Terms of Service.
- Automated and human review: we use automated checks alongside human review to detect fake accounts, suspected minors, and prohibited content, and to act on reports.
- Reporting and blocking tools: every user can report or block any other user or piece of content directly in the app.
4. How to report child sexual abuse or exploitation
If you encounter content or behaviour on ShareLime that sexually exploits or endangers a child, report it to us immediately:
- In the app: use the Report option on any profile, reel, or message. Reports reach our moderation team and are prioritised.
- By email: contact our child-safety point of contact at artiainfinite@gmail.com with the subject line "CSAE Report". Include any usernames, links, or details that help us locate the content.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or police first. You can also report to a national child-protection body such as the NCMEC CyberTipline (United States) or the equivalent authority in your country.
5. How we respond
When we become aware of CSAE, we act promptly to:
- Remove the offending content from the platform.
- Terminate the responsible account and take steps to prevent the user from returning.
- Preserve relevant evidence as required for investigations.
- Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authority in the relevant jurisdiction, as required by law.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection agencies in their investigations.
6. Legal compliance
ShareLime complies with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. Our standards against CSAE are published on this page and are enforced through the measures described above. We review these standards periodically and update them as our service and the law evolve.
