2. What you may not do

Except where the law expressly permits it, you may not:

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post — your photos, videos, reels, bio, and messages remain yours. By uploading, you grant ShareLime a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. This is set out in full in section 5 of our Terms of Service.

4. Only post content you have the right to post

You are responsible for everything you upload. Do not post material you do not own or have permission to use. This applies particularly to reels, where the most common problems are:

Posting infringing material can lead to removal of the content and termination of your account.

5. Reporting copyright infringement

If you own the copyright in material that has been posted on ShareLime without your permission, email us and we will investigate. We remove infringing content promptly once a valid notice is received.

What your notice must include

So we can act on your report, please include all of the following:

Incomplete notices may delay removal. Please do not send copyright notices for general complaints — for harassment, impersonation, or safety concerns, use the in-app report option or see our Support page.

6. If your content was removed by mistake

If we removed something you posted and you believe it was not infringing — for example, because you own the material, have a licence for it, or the use is otherwise permitted — you can dispute the removal by emailing artiainfinite@gmail.com with the subject Copyright Counter-Notice.

Include your contact details, identify the content that was removed and where it appeared, and explain why you believe the removal was a mistake. We will review it and, where appropriate, restore the content and let you know.

7. Repeat infringers

We keep a record of copyright complaints. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are permanently terminated, and we may terminate an account immediately in cases of serious or deliberate infringement.

8. Trademarks

"ShareLime", the ShareLime logo, and our other marks are trademarks of Trishp Arora. Other product names, logos, and brands mentioned in the app belong to their respective owners; naming them does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
